The marketing assistant is responsible for providing support for Pennrose marketing and communications activities and team members. Coordinate enterprise marketing activities. Provide administrative support to department. Serve as an ambassador for Pennrose, its properties, and the marketing department.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr

· Support and implement programs and initiatives to achieve objectives detailed in annual property marketing plans.
· Create and produce marketing materials (flyers, signage, direct mail, etc.) for property and corporate use that are consistent with the Pennrose brand.
· Monitor and track marketing efforts.
· Work with Pennrose colleagues to develop and implement marketing and leasing programs and resident promotional activities that are effective.
· Provide marketing support to development activities, including groundbreaking/grand opening events, lease-up marketing activities, and RFQ/P responses.
· Provide social media content that amplifies the Pennrose brand.
· Coordinate administrative function for Marketing & Communications Department.
· Any other marketing related duty or responsibility as requested.
· Provide regular updates to supervisor, no less than monthly.
· Demonstrate high level of attention to detail, resulting in minimal errors and corrections.
· Perform role responsibilities in accordance with the Pennrose Core Values.
· Consistently meet established assigned deadlines.
· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
· One to two years of experience in Marketing preferred
· Experience with Canva preferred
· Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
· Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel (between properties, on-call emergencies, training, etc.)
